Open your e01 wallet, select UPI from the chip row, enter the amount and confirm using your UPI PIN in your banking app. The amount appears in your e01 wallet typically within sixty seconds of the bank confirming the transaction.

Yes. Paytm and PhonePe are both listed in your wallet alongside UPI. Select the one you prefer, follow the standard payment flow in that app, and your e01 wallet updates once the transfer clears from your end.

After your identity is verified (a one-time step), withdrawals to a linked UPI or Paytm handle are processed within one business day. You receive a confirmation notification once the funds have been dispatched from our end.

We require one government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar or a passport both work. You upload it through the account verification screen. Once approved, the document is stored and you will not be asked again for subsequent withdrawals.
