Data We Hold

We store your registration details, transaction history and session logs for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure as required by applicable law. You may request a copy at any time via email.

Cookie Use

Cookies on e01 serve three purposes: keeping your session active, remembering your language and currency preference, and measuring which pages load correctly. You can adjust cookie preferences in your browser at any point without affecting your account.

Account Security

Your password and two-factor authentication code are your responsibility under these terms. We will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access, use the account-lock link on the login page immediately.

After account closure, transactional records are retained for the period mandated by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you accessed the platform. We do not sell account data to third parties under any circumstance.

Requesting Changes

To correct personal details, update your email address or request deletion of non-mandatory data, email support with your account ID. We process verified update requests within five working days and confirm every change in writing.

Raise a formal dispute through email support first. If unresolved within seven working days, request escalation to our compliance team in the same thread. We document every stage so both parties have a clear record of the process.

Access and eligibility depend on local law in your specific region. The terms apply uniformly to all accounts, but whether you may hold an account at all is determined by the laws applicable in the area from which you connect.

We will notify you before any change takes effect. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your account before the effective date. Any pending withdrawal at that point will still be processed under the terms in force when you placed it.

Email our support team with your registered account ID and the subject line 'Data Request'. We will compile and send your data within the timeframe required by applicable law, typically within 30 days of the verified request.

Under our terms, failed-deposit reconciliations are handled within 72 hours. If the amount debited does not appear in your e01 wallet, raise a payment query via live chat with the UTR number from your UPI or PhonePe transaction record.

We may suspend an account immediately if we have grounds to believe the terms have been breached. You will receive a written explanation within 48 hours of suspension and have the right to respond through the email address on your account.

Withdrawals require identity verification to be complete on your account. Once verified, requests to your registered UPI ID or Paytm wallet are processed within the timeframe stated in the payments section of these terms, usually within one business day.
